YapStorm Campaign Terms & Conditions

Welcome to YapStorm - a multi-season rewards campaign by Somnia. The YapStorm Campaign is provided via our website somnia.network ("Website"). The Website and YapStorm Campaign are wholly owned and operated by Somnia Serviceco Ltd., a British Virgin Islands ("BVI") business company ("Somnia", "We" or "Us"), a wholly owned subsidiary of The Somnia Foundation, A Cayman Islands foundation company ("Foundation").

Your participation in the YapStorm Campaign shall indicate acceptance to our Privacy Policy and to the Term and Conditions of the Website. Please review the following Terms And Conditions (as may be amended from time to time, these "Terms") carefully before participating in the YapStorm Campaign. By engaging in the campaign, you agree to abide by these Terms, including eligibility requirements and fair play policies.

For purposes of these Terms, "User", "You", And "Your" means the person who accepts these Terms, and if you are acting on behalf of a company or other entity, "User", "You", And "Your" shall refer to both you as an individual and the entity on whose behalf you are acting.

Scope

These Terms & Conditions are applicable to the participants of the YapStorm campaign by Somnia. Participation in the YapStorm campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility & Reward Allocation

Any rewards within the YapStorm Campaign are distributed based on mindshare performance as measured via the Kaito API leaderboard.

Ineligible Accounts

The accounts belonging to the following category of participants shall not be eligible to receive rewards in the YapStorm Campaign:

  • Somnia team members
  • Somnia partners and their core team members
  • Somnia Validators
  • Ecosystem projects and their core team members
  • Projects or Media outlet accounts
  • AI agents and automated accounts
  • Paid collaborators for the duration of their active engagement, which includes individuals engaged in monthly or one time collaboration with Somnia during the period in which rewards are allocated or distributed

User Data Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their information,including but not limited to wallet addresses and connected X (Twitter) accounts is correctly linked on quest.somnia.network. Somnia is not responsible for any losses or missed rewards due to incorrectly submitted or incomplete data.

Fair Play Notice

Any attempts to manipulate leaderboard standings or abuse the campaign system may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of the Somnia team.

General Conditions

Somnia reserves the right to adjust reward structures, eligibility criteria, and snapshot dates without prior notice.
